Shore Capital is pleased to announce that, further to its statement on 13 February in relation to the acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited (the “Acquisition”), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has approved the change of control of Stockdale Securities Limited resulting from the Acquisition.

Consequently, completion of the Acquisition is expected to take place at the end of March 2019.
