PHP, a FTSE 250 constituent with a market capitalisation of £2.7bn, is the largest London-listed UK healthcare REIT with over £6bn of gross assets in over 1,000 buildings across the UK and Ireland.  PHP owns and leases primary healthcare facilities such as large, multi-service GP surgeries permitting local healthcare services to be provided in state-of-the-art, flexible spaces that are convenient to patients.  

For shareholders, PHP provides progressive returns through a combination of earnings growth and capital appreciation over time, paying an attractive dividend as part of its total accounting return.
