Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Sole Financial Advisor, Rule 3 Adviser and Corporate Broker to ScS Group plc (“ScS”) on the c.£100m recommended cash offer by Cerezzola Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Poltronesofà S.p.A, the leading sofa retailer in Italy and one of the leading sofa retailers in Europe. The recommended cash offer was first announced on 24 October 2023 and completed on 30 January 2024.

ScS is one of the UK’s largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings and was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities in January 2015.

Shore Capital has acted as Sole Financial Adviser and Broker to ScS since 2017.
