Shore Capital acts as Sole Bookrunner on the placing for Arbuthnot Banking Group

Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as sole bookrunner for Arbuthnot Banking Group  PLC (“Arbuthnot”), on a secondary placing of shares in Secure Trust Bank PLC (“Secure Trust”). 

 

Arbuthnot sold, in an institutional placing, 1.05 million shares in Secure Trust – 5.7% of Secure Trust’s issued share capital – at a price of 1460p per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately £15.3 million and, following the placing, retains a 9.85% holding in Secure Trust.
