Shore Capital is pleased to have acted for Parlour Product Holdings on its £21.68m sell-down in ScS Group Plc (ScS), comprising its entire holding of 25.9%.

The Placing was conducted through an accelerated bookbuild with Shore Capital acting as sole bookrunner. Parlour Product Holdings sold 9.853m shares in ScS at a price of 220p per share, raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately £21.68m. Following completion of the placing, the seller no longer holds any shares in the company.

This follows a successful £13.75m Secondary Placing in November 2019 where Parlour Product Holdings took its holding from 40.2% to 25.9%.

Shore Capital also acts as retained broker to ScS, one of the UK’s largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings.
