Kore Potash Plc (“Kore Potash”) the potash exploration and development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola Potash Project located within the Republic of Congo, has successfully raised US$8m at a price of 0.65p per new Ordinary Share, with Shore Capital acting as the company’s Joint Broker and Bookrunner.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the fundraise for the first phase of the DFS on its Dougou Extension Project.

Completion of the fundraise remains subject to, inter alia, the release of Kore Potash’s H1 2020 interim results on or around 10th September, and, shareholder approval of certain resolutions to authorise the issue of new shares.
