Shore Capital acts as Joint Bookrunner on oversubscribed £62.15m director sell down of existing shares in Clipper Logistics Plc

Clipper Logistics plc (LSE: CLG), a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions, e-fulfilment and returns management services, delivering value-added, consultancy-led services to its blue-chip client base,  has announced  that Carlton Court Investments Limited, a company ultimately controlled by Steve Parkin (Executive Chairman), raised gross proceeds of £62.15m through an oversubscribed sell down of existing shares, with Shore Capital acting as Joint Bookrunner.

Carlton Court Investments Limited sold 11,000,000 shares in Clipper and remains a substantial shareholder with 13.9% of the company’s issued share capital.
