Shore Capital is delighted to have acted as Joint Bookrunner for the c.£43m Placing for NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (“NESF”).  NESF is a specialist investment company that invests in operating solar power plants in the UK.  NESF has raised equity proceeds of c.£329m since its initial public offering on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in April 2014.
