Shore Capital acted as Sponsor and Joint Bookrunner to NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited on its issue of 91 million new ordinary shares to raise £95.5 million, as announced on 13 November 2014. The fundraise was the first issue under the Company’s recently announced year long placing programme of 250 milliion new shares.
